Olivia Settle was born and raised in

Toronto, Ontario. 

​

She would spend much of her childhood at her Grandparents small hobby farm near

St. Anns,  Niagara. This gave her the unique opportunity to experience the culture of the big city, and the values of small communities.

​​

Being raised by a father who owned and operated a successful Masonry business, and a mother who was a private school principal instilled in Olivia a deep sense of hard work and above all the importance of honesty in business.  

​

Her travels enriched her understanding of different walks of life and and these experiences fueled her interest in history and art. Fascinated by how marketing has played a role in society she studied it from a philosophical point of view. This lead to working primarily for non-profits where she recognized the impact of effective marketing campaigns in philanthropy. 

​

Upon taking part-ownership of the family masonry company, she was able to apply these tools to navigate the challenges of owning a business in the trades. 

​

Olivia resides in Fenwick, Ontario with her husband and kids. 

Katie Dyson was born in Brantford, Ontario and raised in Burlington. 

​

Katie's experience in school, organized sports and taking part in many different community programs influenced her love of working with many personalities and projects. 

​

Her father was a hard working entrepreneur and her mother was a dedicated school teacher and volunteer. Their unwavering support led Katie to pursue higher education and she graduated McMaster University with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. 

​

She decided to take the opportunity in her youth to travel, working for a time in New Zealand.                  Her experiences fueled a deep love for writing, music and eventually she put her combined skills to work at one of Canada's largest direct mail and marketing agencies. 

​

Now Katie is settled in Hamilton, Ontario with her young family.
